To receive new spells. You must visit your class trainer, located mainly in the the capital cities. You can learn new spells every even numbered level (2,4,6,8,etc). The magic armors you will learn at higher levels too.

I am buying a barebones kit of and Asus P5KPL-AM SE that comes with the mother board, tower, Intel Penteium Dual core Processor, 4GB desktop memory. I need to know what power supply i should buy and how much RAM, Hard drive,and Also the big one, the graphics card. I have searched everywhere and i am clueless as to which one i should get. Im rly big into the lord of the rings online and world of warcraft so i want a card that can allow me to play those two games. Also the cheaper it is the better. Anyone have any advice or suggestions?

the “4GB desktop memory” is your ram, and with that shity computer, berly a AGP card is worth it, dont buy it ,save and buy a NEW computer, not something my 4 year old laptop (that im on now) can beat ( and it wasent new when i bought it)..
That PC isn’t particularly powerful by today’s standards, but your needs (for online gaming) aren’t that overwhelming, either. A dual Pentium is more than enough for those games.
A good a video card for LOTR & WoW would be the GeForce GT 240 or the Radeon HD 4650 (or better). Those are last generation cards, but don’t pull much power and have more than enough graphic performance to exceeed those games recommended system requirements. You’re looking at the $60-80 price range.
Any reasonable power supply of 400W or greater is enough for that system. I’d suggest 500W to allow you some headroom if you ever decide to upgrade your video card in the future.

I found this laptop at bestbuy and i am considering buying it, only thing stopping me is the graphics card. Will it be able to run games like World of Warcraft on full settings? And is there anything else i should be conserned about this laptop?

Check Youtube for videos of the 4500HD running WoW. It should be decent enough for WoW, but don’t take my word for it.
Since my desktop card is an 8800 GT OC – much faster than the GMA 4500M in that laptop – and I can’t run WoW on the highest settings (especially in raids and in the new WotLK areas), I’m going to say, “no.”
Integrated graphics processors (IGPs) such as the GMA 4500M almost never do well in games.

Just run the World of Warcraft client and it will patch all the way to 3.2.2, the current patch version. You can’t run the present World of Warcraft on an earlier patch version.
Even though you only have TBC, you still will need to be on the latest version of WoW to play online. Once you have the software installed, when you attempt to connect to WoW online, the updates will automatically download.
